Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment is schedule. This gives you and your therapist time to plan the perfect experience. If you arrive late, we may have to reduce your treatment time. We'll go our best to avoid that, but it's not always possible.
Online booking cancellation
- Call cancel one day in advance(24hrs by phone only (cancellation will receive a full refund)
- Can change a date of treatments one day in advance by email mumsabai.sydney@gmail.com
- Non refunds are available same day of treatments.
Workshop and Corporate
- We offer personalised workshop for couples and groups to promote wellness and wellbeing. From a couple experience to corporate wellness package we can tailor a session to your needs. Please enquire further with our friendly team.
Group Massage
- Mumsabai offers bespoke service for group bookings. Perfect for birthday parties, family gathering, bridal party and special occasions. We'll make your day special.
Couples Massage
- Unwind together with a MumSabai couples massage. Reconnect with your lover, let our professional therapists pamper you with this perfect relaxation experience.
- Couple rooms and group bookings are subject to availability. Booking in advance is recommended.

- Your name email and treatment preferences will be strictly retained securely for our financial auditing requirements.
- Only the last 4 digits of your credit card number is retained on our servers.
- Our secure payment gateway Stripe retains and manages all other transactional details. Please refer to their policy for more information
